• Pre-swap 3G KPI’s analysis cluster wise i.e. (Drop Call Rate, CSSR, SHO & ISHO Failures, SHO & ISHO Success Rate, Soft Handover Overhead).

• Pre-swap checking the HSDPA/HSUPA on the sites according to the HSDPA traffic & testing the HSDPA/HSUPA Throughput.

• Preparing the Pre-Swap Cluster Drive Reports for Voice and Data which includes
