Customer Service Coordinator

As a commercial printer and paper convertor, Dillingham Ticket Company (dtc), specializes in manufacturing printed tickets for the parking, entertainment, sports and events industries.

As the liaison between the client and production department, I am responsible for the accuracy of each job before it is entered into the production stream. Responsibilities include checking for inaccuracies in production specifications and selling costs, finalizing every single sales transaction before it is manufactured and ultimately billed to the client resulting in millions of dollars of sales orders crossing my desk every year. Additionally, I am accountable for other customer service personnel and their activities regarding order entry using the same criteria to eliminate costly errors from our department. Starting in an order entry position, I have earned the opportunity to grow within the company and contribute to departmental policies and procedures.

This is a luxury vacation resort located in beautiful La Paz, Mexico welcoming international guests with the expectations of relaxation, boating, fishing and other activities to complete their vacation.

As the resort receptionist, it was my responsibility to welcome the guests to the marina resort and introduce them to all the amenities our facilities had to offer vacationing guests. My responsibilities included authorizing reservations, confirming payment options and assigning rooms for their stay. This was a 100% hospitality service business and an introductory lesson in customer service dealing with guests at all levels of satisfaction. This was my first position after graduating college. I left this position to accept the job with Dillingham Ticket Company.
