Job Responsibilities

• Control all logistics and transportation/maintenance requirements for the project.

• Oversee all transportation/maintenance requirement.

• Ensure all vehicles and equipment are serviced and maintained properly with record.

• Handle all operations/maintenance on Company Fleet.

• Handle day to day pick-up and drop-off of staff to site and office.

• Handle movement of machines/equipment and workforce to sites.

• Handle complaints/grievances of all drivers.

• Maintain monthly report of all vehicles and equipment maintenance/repairs.

• Co-ordination among various departments and section managers on follow-up actions.

• Preparation of statements, statistics and comparative analysis in MS Excel for management review.

• Constantly check the market trends and competitors activity for the company's benefit, and at the same time look for very good clients for the company who are interested in doing business with the company.

• Keep data bank of the calls where the customers showed interest and in fact needed our company properties, which the company did not have at that moment, so that there is the follow up with them later on when there is availability of all the above mentioned company properties. Monitor all the faxes of inquiries for flats, villas, office spaces, warehouses, land, residential / commercial buildings, labor camps, staff accommodation, hotels, reply at the earliest and follow up with the prospective clients by showing them the properties available and then finalizing the deal with them.
