Responsibilities:
Ensure that proper internal control procedures with respect to Gold Loan, Loan against securities and Deposits are complied with.
Spurious gold detected in the branch should be informed to the Region/RM concerned and should be either settled or transferred to Head Office within two days of such incidents.
Ensure adequate records are maintained regarding gold transfer & cash Transfer.
Ensure the minimum cash retention limit
Check the bank balance and ensure that same is not more than one lakh over and above
Retention limit (upper limit).
Ensure that money transfer/Loan Transfer has been done at the Branch according to norms of company.
Ensure that all complaints of customers have been rectified on a daily basis by interacting with regional office and should be described in customer Complaint Register.
Ensure submission of daily reports on net growth of Business (Gold Loan, Deposit etc) to Regional Manager’s concerned after closing of business time.
Ensure that salary/TA statement is returned to the Head Office (HRM) after obtaining signature of all employees before 10th of every month.
Ensure the Saturday training is conducted in a fair manner.
Ensure the timely transfer of Auction gold to H.O.
Ensure Labour Registration renewal in the month of November/December of every year
Responsibilities:
Ensure sufficient manpower, except Line Managers & Custodians, in all Branches under their region as per Company norms.
Ensure updating of Agreements in original stamp paper for all newly joined employees within 15 days of their joining.
Contact all newly joined employees on the very next day of their joining and enter their details in dot net.
Contact all employees (Jr. Asst /Jr. Officer/HKA/AHT) who take continuous leave for more than 5 days and update their status in dot net.
Ensure availability of sufficient manpower, except custodians, in new Branches at least one day before inauguration date.
Coordinate with all Line Managers (AH/AM/ASO/ARO) for smooth operation of staffing procedure in their Branches.
Conduct area- wise interview as per HO approvals and requirements.
Ensure issue of ID card and appointment letter to newly joined employees within 15 days of their joining in coordination with HRM-P.
Ensure availability of sufficient hostels in each area in coordination with Line Managers and Hostel department at H.O. Visit minimum 10 hostels every month and submit report to the Chief Recruitment Officer and CM-Hostel & Accommodation.
