When the store director is not present I was the person who ran the store.
I left this position because the company was filing for bankruptcy and I was not sure if there would be a position in the near future.

I was also on a team of store over haulers. We went to “troubled” locations and assisted in hiring appropriate team member, Re setting locations that had fallen below company standards and handling trouble employees.
I left this company because they were not able to give me enough hours to continue to live on my own.
