• Foam Technician- Helped in the start up of the PUR foam system. Part of my process was checking the shot weight, pressure and flow rate on hourly bases.Continually checking for PUR foam voids and collapse, and making proper adjustments to correct the foam problem. Helped in changing out the needles in the mixer head. Monitored the level of the poly and Iso daily tank. Changed out chemical totes when needed. Over two foaming stations which had 14 to 15 mixer heads.

• 2nd shift Cell Leader (Team Leader) - made shift schedule , made sure hourly targets were met by helping where ever needed. Made sure all the paper work was done correctly and turned in at the end of the night. Helped with mold changes. Forklift driver and Scanned inventory.
