(wide-area emergency siren alert system and in-house radio communications system), New York City Department of

160 voice mail systems nationally serving subscribers in the millions. Provided 24/7 Tier 1 and 2 support to troubleshoot
hardware and software problems in customer-owned equipment. Acquired, reviewed and analyzed provisioning and Erlang
data on a network-wide basis. Prepared and analyzed network-wide reports. Performed software and hardware upgrades,
database conversions, data migrations and configuration changes to customer-owned systems. Involved in new installations and
the acceptance test required prior to production. Beta testing of new products, upgrades and updates using customer
configurations to ensure compatibility. Additional customers worked with included Nextel, US Cellular and others. After
several ownership changes this functional entity is now Movius Interactive Corporation.

RF Specialty Technician. Lab manager for the Forward Area Battlefield Communications Lab (FABC) involving hardware and
software development for military and advanced commercial applications. Experience with tactical internet, and wireless data
systems. Responsible for the design, modification and troubleshooting of prototype, test and development equipment.
Responsible for the proper operation of approximately 145 personal computers in a network environment using Windows NT
and Sun Solaris 2.6. Setup new equipment and coordinated the disposition of the old. Maintained and documented companyowned
and government-furnished (GFE) equipment. Point contact and coordinator for inspections including QA, ISO9000,
ESD, EHS and facilities services. Designed and conducted test procedures for prototype hardware in conformance to company
and Taguchi testing techniques. Responsible for specifying and acquiring test equipment for projects as well as training
software engineers and other personnel involved with their own testing efforts.
