Profile

Have the ability to execute programs using limited resources. My duties are to help ATT customers educate them about the international plans that are available when traveling for pleasure or business trips outside the United States, set customer expectations, and be able to help customers adjust any high bill issues that arise.

My duties at Empire Today were to book appointments, do sales support, and customer service. I helped customers on setting up their appointments, reschedule appointments, and get a hold of sale representatives at customers’ request. Also, I had the opportunity to enhance my training on how to conduct a payment(s) from the onsite installer, and run credit checks on customers that wanted to finance with Wells Fargo Bank. When customers had any issues with their installation, I had to create a service request and advise customers that the local market manager will contact them in 1-3 business days. My experience with Empire has helped me gain a lot of experience and move up with the company at a fast rate.
