01/98 to Present Three O Constructions – Senior SS/Architectural Estimator & AutoCAD Designer

Analyzes Blueprints, specifications, proposals interpret other construction documents to prepare detailed estimates for bidding construction projects. Compute cost estimate for material, purchased and /or leased equipment. Work and prepare change Order and negotiate change orders for multiple trades, i e plumbing, sheet metal, HVAC piping, fire protection and underground utilities including sewer, water, storm and gas.

Prepare shop drawings as required for different projects.

02/93 to 01/98 Felipe Nazario & Associates – Civil Estimator / Senior AutoCAD Designer

Interpret contract documents, RFIs, Submittals, Conceptual and Detailed Phased Estimates, Maintain Change Order log, review, analyze & negotiate Change Orders with multiple subcontractors including mechanical, plumbing, excavation, concrete and demo. Studying and discussing a design project with the engineers and determining the detailed specifications of the model.
