Service Equipment

I have ** years servicing restaurant equipment. I work on equipment like autowrappers, rack ovens and scales a big part of my expierance is dishwahers. I used schematics, service manuals and ossasionally talked to the factory to correct design problems. I also programmed scales ovens, deli ovens and coffeemakers.

As service advisor, I would answer questions from custumers and other technicians.I've been through all company schools as new equipment came out. I have used many measuring devices such as voltmeters, ampmeters and gas analyzers.
