Foreman: Supervise major repair facility providing repair and maintenance services for Cummins, Perkins and Caterpillar-powered generators operating in 7 sites in the southern region of Iraq. Lead a team of 38 expatriate workers and 58 multinational subcontractors, including local personnel. Assess risks and convey safety precautions to staff. Oversee health & safety programme and complete documentation. Lead production meetings. Report to General Foreman.

• Selected to spearhead operational overhaul at underperforming satellite facility, bringing administrative and technical procedures into full compliance within 1 month.

Project engineering and consulting firm serving numerous clients, including government agencies.
Foreman, Civil Engineering: Managed workforce engaged in installing a 48” gas pipeline. Oversaw all aspects of vital project component, including work area preparation, drainage maintenance and access and egress.
