Project Planner/Scheduler - Consultant Tampa, USA (2009-to present)
Prepare NAS (Network Analysis Schedule) following all the specifications requested by government projects for different contractors to be presented in construction’s bids offers and awards for projects between 5 and 250 millions dollars. Provide recovery plans and introduce claims (delays, change orders and others), if apply, in the progress up-dates. Prepare project procedures for each NAS in order to accomplish specifications requirements. Preparing and giving expert advice in relation to the work undertaken, including representation of the Planning service at area committees and member-level working parties, site visits and briefings.

Planner Engineer.
Yansab Refinery – Benzene unit and high density poly ethylene unit, including the common work, roads, deluge houses, substation buildings and additional civil work.
Prepare the re-baseline of the original schedule including histograms, WBS and earned value curves to be approved by the client + 7500 activities. Integrate the contractors’ schedules to the main project schedule. In charge of creating the system schedule (turnover schedule) for a $1000 million project.
