Front Desk Receptionist – The Lotos Club – New York, NY

Checked in and booked members and their guests for this private club. As the 4pm to 12am front desk agent I saw to the needs of the members and their guests. I performed concierge duties, answered the multi-line switchboard, supervised wait staff, maintained a petty cash account. Responsible for closing and locking up the Club at midnight. Booked reservations for the in–house restaurant. Conducted tours as needed.
