• Started as just the bookkeeper in 2000 and then also started working as a part time property manager after earning my Real Estate License in 2002.

• As Bookkeeper – Manage all accounting functions for the property trust account. Assist company owner with corporate bookkeeping. Handle the recording of income and expenses for approximately 450 residential rental properties. Monthly and quarterly reporting to owners. Internal reporting.
