Key responsibilities include: providing overall operational leadership for company owned/leased hospitals, contract managed hospitals, and consulting engagements. Additional responsibilities include: monthly board communication, mission execution, strategic planning and implementation, budgetary control, business development, acquisitions, divestitures, oversight of business integration, contracting, interfacing with financial partners, making presentations, leading meetings, and direct management of senior corporate executive staff and affiliated hospital executive staff.
• Actively involved in building a consistent platform of 5 owned and managed rural hospitals employing over 600 healthcare professionals in less than 5 years.

Chief Executive Officer - Bristow, Oklahoma
Responsible for an $11,500,000 budget with 3 direct reports and 70 indirect clinical and operations staff at the Applied Healthcare Solutions LLC leased hospital, Bristow Medical Center, in Bristow, Oklahoma during 2009.
• Outpatient services increased 33% in less than two years.
• Facilitated Board of Directors restructure that included a new mission statement, a new strategic plan, new board by-laws, and physician representation on the Board of Directors.
• Expanded services with new visiting programs including: cardiology, orthopedics, ENT, and hospitalist services.
• Home Health honored as one of the top 500 Home Health Agencies in the United States.
Operations Administrator at Craig General Hospital – Vinita, Oklahoma
Responsible for a $10,000,000 budget with 5 direct reports and 50 indirect reports across multiple clinical and non-clinical departments including: a 20-bed inpatient Geriatric Psychiatric unit, a hospital-based ALS (Advanced Life Support) ambulance service, marketing department, environmental services, maintenance, the hospitals for-profit residential and commercial cleaning service, new construction/remodel projects, and new service line development from 2003-2006.
• Managed construction of a 13,000 square foot 8-physician medical office building with an on-time $1,500,000 budget.
• Worked with state, county, and city leaders to write the business plan, structure, license, staff, and run a hospital based Advanced Life Support ambulance service.
• Developed new service lines including: an outpatient Geriatric Psychiatric unit and a hospital-based wellness center.
• Assisted with local physician family practice recruitment.
Chief Executive Officer (interim) - Weatherford, Oklahoma
Responsible for a $12mm budget with 3 direct reports and 73 indirect clinical and operations staff at the Applied Healthcare Solutions LLC managed 60-bed hospital in Weatherford, Oklahoma from 2001-2003.
• Recruited a family practice physician and improved physician relations with frequent communication and higher administration visibility within the hospital.
• Increased ER capacity by 50% and standardized services with reduced wait times.
• Expanded and developed service lines including: outpatient rehab, radiology, lab, and sleep study services.
• Financed and procured over $1,000,000 in new technology and equipment in two years.

Primary responsibilities included: implementing and monitoring Manpower’s Corporate Service Standards across 4 multi-discipline recruiting teams and support personnel, major account development and marketing, strategic planning/implementation, recruiter training, administering employee reviews, managing workers compensation and unemployment claims, ensuring ISO 9000 adherence, generating proposals, negotiating rates, making presentations, tracking office progress, leading weekly staff meetings, and initiating an annual branch business review and forecast.
• Office recognized as the 3rd largest sales volume office in North America out of nearly 1,200 offices.
• Achieved 11 record breaking sales highs in the first 12 months following promotion.
• Gross sales revenues grew 75% from $16,000,000 yearly to $28,000,000 in one year.
On-Site Manager for the Xerox Corporate Account – Lewisville, Texas
Provided dedicated on-site management for the Manpower Professional Dallas office to the Xerox hub in Lewisville, Texas which included: serving as the focal point for the partnership between Manpower Professional and the local Xerox hub, sourcing and presentation of candidates, administering appropriate training, monitoring performance with the Quality Performance Program, coaching/counseling/contract staff management, managing the sub-vendor process, and providing management reports.
• Doubled size of Xerox on-site program in three months.
• Implemented contract employee round table initiatives that improved communication and utilized the Xerox Problem Solving Process.
• Worked with payroll service center and corporate headquarters to help implement the EDI billing process which cut payment turnaround time by 50%.
