- This assessment tool used to assess the current capacity level of the community organizations of PWDM (Persons with Diabetes Mellitus) assisted by the CVD project.

2010 Development of Strategic Planning Guide (SPC), Handicap International, CVD Project in Davao City

- This planning guide used to guide the officers of the associations of PWDM (Persons with Diabetes Mellitus) in the conduct of their strategic planning activity.

2008 Kauyagan Savers Cooperative:

- This Cooperative Development Plan covers a period of two years, which described the specific targets and objectives to achieve within a specific period. The targets focuses on two main development objectives: business and organizational growth;

- Endorsed policy changes on loans management, such as terms, criteria for loan renewal, amount granted, and how it will be processed;

- Feasibility study on branching for expansion of areas of operation;

- Developed election guidelines for cooperative annual election for the Election Committee ;and

- Endorsed fund sourcing mechanisms to generate more deposits and increase capital share of the members

- 2 business plans were developed for the Rural Enterprising Communities (RECs) and 1 for the assisting NGO.

2005 Credit Appraisal Tool (CAT), Convergence, Inc. PIPESRA-SRD Project, Caraga Region

- This credit appraisal tool was developed to guide the staff (who handles the revolving fund) in evaluating loan applications of community associations/cooperatives, which access the fund assistance from PIPESRA-SRD project.

2004 Project Study for Seaweeds Production, Convergence Inc. PIPESRA-SRD Project, Caraga Region

- This project study was developed to assess if seaweeds production is feasible in the project sites which the community associations/cooperatives were operating covered by the PIPISRA-SRD project.

2003 Local Development Cadre (LDC), DAP-ARISP ARC Development Project, Kaduma Development Foundation, Don Carlos, Province of Bukidnon

- This LDC is a 2-year capacity development program developed for the subject cooperative as a tool to implement their capacity building.

2002 Technical Proposals for Kaduma Development Foundation, Inc. (KDFI) for the DAR-DAP ARC Development Project in areas of Don Carlos and Cabanglasan ARCs

- These technical proposals were developed for NGO’s bid to participate in the project implantation as co-partner of the project. One proposal was approved (Don Carlos ARC) for KDFI.

2000-02: Project Proposals for the ARC Cooperatives for submission to Land Bank of the Philippines, which access the DAR-RASCP Funds assistance, Province of Bukidnon

- These project proposals were developed for the ARC Cooperatives covered by RASCP Program: Credit for Corn Production for Bacusanon Multi-Purpose Cooperative (Pangantucan), Credit for Rice Production for Springside Farmers Multi-Purpose Cooperative (Maramag), Credit for Rice Production for Kisolon Farmers Multi-Purpose Cooperative (Kisolon), Credit for Rice and Livestock Production for Salawagan ARC Farmers’ Cooperative (Salawagan, Quezon), Credit for Rice Production for Linabu Farmers Multi-Purpose Cooperative (Linabu, Malaybalay City), and Credit for Rice Mill, Hauling Truck, and Rice Production for Kalilangan Multi-Purpose Cooperative (Kalilangan, Bukidnon)

1997-98: DAR-Belgian Integrated Agrarian Reform Support Project (BIARSP), Province of Bohol

- Project proposals for ARC cooperatives: chicken production, rice production, peanut production, squash production, and cassava production, which involved millions of pesos and covering hundreds of hectares, all are approved and implemented.

- As team member, we designed the training modules for VICTO’s training program in Visayas Region for utilization by all units for their project-based cooperatives and affiliate-cooperatives where VICTO is operating
