Here I was involved in organic farming on a sustainable property on the big island of Hawaii. We grew our own farm fresh organic food. We prepared and served first class meals for our international guests staying at the retreat. We raised our own animals, fruits and veggies for all meals. Goats (milk, cheese and meat), chickens (eggs and meat), ducks (eggs and meat), and sheep for milk.
