** Supervisor over 22+ employees in day to day Heat Treat production.

** Heat Treat graded material for API 5CT Tubing L80, P110, J55, N80 Etc.

** I make sure my Lead men and operators heat treat chemistry to proper parameters

** Involved and help maintain day to day Safety

** Maintain Matrix log for all parameters for Heat Treat requirements

**Implement and Manage Heat Treat work orders to the shop floor and make sure employees follow day to day productions and schedule for Heat Treat, Straightening, Gag and Welding Departments.

I made sure all shop employees had their uniforms got trained in area they were hired for also that they got forklift, overhead crane certified and that they followed all shop safety instructions as well
