Short & Long range maintenance plans to maintain & operate housing Facilities, perform inspections, maintain maintenance requirements, Maintenance & Installation of electronical door locks for Capo Inn (Hotel) and the Bachelor Quarters/Barracks, Liaison between Public works department and contractors to include Bachelor housing, Transit Housing, Family Housing & the Navy Lodge (Capo Inn) .

• Coordinate all schedules, inspections and preventative maintenance of all property systems.
