11/2010 to Current: Chilton-Shelby Mental Health, Calera, AL.
Mental Health Tech: Monitor 10/11 mentally ill patients that live in a group home setting and some of which have had criminal backgrounds and have been incarcerated in prison and/or Bryce Mental Hospital. Teach learning skills and prepare them for living on their own. Issue medication, bill for services, and take patients on outings and prepare meals. Certified through Chilton-Shelby Mental Health in issuing medication, self-defense, C.P.R. and as a MAC worker.
06/2006 - 10/2010: Henke Property Management:205-***-****. 140 Comanche, Apt. 8, Montevallo, AL.
Property Manager: Managed several apartment complexes, a mobile home park, single family homes, and an RV Park and storage facility. These were located in Montevallo and on Lay Lake. Responsible for all the daily operations such as answering the telephone, depositing money with various banks, making appointments for property viewing, move-in and move-out inspections, all maintenance requests and follow-ups, and all accounts payable and receivable. Typed all license and lease agreements and all outgoing correspondence. Updated all tenant files. Compiled and distributed monthly profit reports and issued checks to various owners.
5-15-05 -10/2005: Favret, Demarest & Russo Law Firm: 504-***-****. 1515 Poydras Street, Suite 1400, N.O., LA. 70112, Supervisor: Judge Anthony Russo or Gail Biondolilo. Legal Secretary. All work dictated via dictaphone. Work consisted of typing all motions, pleadings, issuing subpoenas, paying invoices, filing expenses. Work was primarily personal injury, admiralty and corporate. I had to permanently relocate due to Hurricane Katrina.
3/12/1994 - 5/2005: District Attorney of New Orleans: 504-***-****. 619 S. White Street, New Orleans, LA. 70119. Legal Secretary, Chief of Homicide. Worked for two separate Administrations (Harry Connick and incumbent Eddie Jordan). Started out under Harry Connick's administration in the Trials Division and trained new secretaries, set up a forms file on the computer and in hard copy. Typed all correspondence, pleadings and any other requests required. Set up and maintained a files form and work request cover sheet. Was later promoted to the Legal Secretary to the Chief of Homicide.
9/1990 - 3/1994: Dr. Brian T. Jordan & Associates. 504-***-****. 3925 N. I-10 Service Rd., Metairie, LA. 70001. Office Manager/Secretary - Psychology. Responsible for the management of the office, scheduled, interviewed patients and issued psychological tests, scored test results, graphed psychological test ratings, answered the telephone, verified insurance, filed claims and performed collection duties as needed. Typed all psychological evaluations and correspondence via heavy Dictaphone, responsible for accounts payable/receivable, quarterly payroll taxes, and licensing and malpractice insurance updates. Maintained and sought out new contracts with various healthcare organizations, which also included the State of Louisiana Welfare and Disability offices and the Office of Community Services for child protection. Dr. Brian Jordan semi-retired on a part-time basis and I left due to needed full-time employment with insurance benefits. Trained new secretaries and filled in with extra help on weekends as needed.

Responsibilities included acquiring and running credit bureaus, tracing accounts on the CL-70 banking system, freezing accounts and training others on the computer. Solely responsible for the compilation and distribution of monthly reports and meeting deadlines.
