Working in Human Resources I spearheaded the Wellness Program and increased

participation to 60% employee participation. Researched the idea of photo ID badges for

purposes which included security, time clock and building access; it was determined not cost

effective. I streamlined the orientation check off sheets from 5 pages to 3 pages. Implement

and administer an on-line training program through a third party. This on-line training allows

employees to fulfill continuing education requirements, as well as ensure trainings required

annually by state and federal guidelines are completed timely.
