RECENT PROJECTS
• Beam Project (FEM/FEA using Ansys) – Created a finite element model and determined critical loads, displacements, stresses at different locations and matched the results calculated using Ansys.
• Truss Project (FEM/FEA using Ansys) – Created finite element model. Determined stresses in all elements, maximum force that can be applied with a given factor of safety when loads applied on different nodes. Matched hands on calculations with Ansys Software results.
• Cart Assembly Project (Pro/ENGINEER Wildfire 4.0) - Total and sub assembly drawing of a cart assembly with BOM- capturing screen displays showing before and after the interference has been eliminated in the Global Interference check.
• Fixture (Pro/ENGINEER Wildfire 4.0) - Design and assembly of 36 different components of a Fixture for Centering Connecting Rod. Machined two most complex parts by Pro/Manufacture using milling, turning, drilling NC sequences. Also used expert Machinist
• Formulated a detailed examination using Ansys on the limitations of pressurized cylinder theory and determined the pressure required to unseat the cup.
