• Managed projects in a matrix environment involving multiple applications, technology platforms and user groups located in various areas (Bangalore India, Mumbai India, Bournemouth UK, London UK, Columbus, Chicago, New Jersey and New York). Projects included: Regulatory reporting information via FDW (Financial data warehouse), Strategic Products, APH (Alternate Plan hierarchy), Target reporting utilizing Business Objects, Impact analysis and regression testing on the changes of the ISO country and currency codes on the reference data applications and various other projects

• Managed the Target Reporting project (one of many projects) which was to support the complete re-design and re-write of the corporate reference data application with automated workflow utilizing the web (SDM).

• Gathered and reviewed user requirements with business analyst, LOB (lines of business), operations and IT; ensured clarity and completeness; negotiated deliverables
