Key Deliverables

Generate all calculations and associate documentation for sizing of Pressure relief devices per API and ASME code requirement. This also includes identification and calculations for all credible overpressure scenarios

Process simulation study and base case preparation using PRO-II

Conducting Equipment wise risk/safety analysis per API 520 / 521 and mitigation

Analysing various processes/applications and recommend modifications & equipment calibrations to enhance operational efficiency

Collect information on the existing system (PSV data, P&IDs, protected equipment information, flare header isometrics, inlet and outlet piping isometric for relief devices)

Inform the client of findings and deficiencies and recommend corrective actions
