ACHIEVEMENTS
Implemented a new information structure system to meet the growth needs for the organization. The new information structure was achieved by evaluating the effectiveness of the current information structure; proposing changes to management; and installing new office information structure according to plan. Results: The new office information structure gave the corporation the ability to expand and grow.
Evaluated, Coordinated and Implemented a computerized insurance agent illustration system. The system was computerized by collecting input from the sales, and actuarial departments on how the new insurance product was going to work; creating program layouts; contracting a programmer to develop a prototype; released product on time without additional revisions and within budget.
Results: The release of this new agent illustration system saw a increase of 10 to 50 percent in individual insurance sales.
Conceptualized, researched, and supervised the installation of a new telecommunications phone system within a multi site environment. Task was completed by talking with users: developing a telephone systems requirements document; negotiating with vendors; and selecting the best phone system.
Results: The new phone system was setup so that the multiple locations were transparent to the user but only one receptionist was needed saving the company $50,000.00 a year.
Coordinated moving the corporate computer room from Appleton to Kimberly. Task was completed by collecting information from departments on what date would be the least disruptive to their operation; contracted with vendors; supervised the disconnection, transport and setup of computer system at new location.
Results: The computer system was moved to a new location with only 4 hours of downtime and no additional disruption to operations.
