• Production manager on Connect, a proprietary digital learning platform, that include a paired interactive eBook and multimedia assessments access for both instructors and students at higher education institutions across North America.
• Production manger on ten different sites in 2011. Adoption averaged around 6,000+ students per site, up from 3,000 +students in 2010 on previous site editions.
• Responsibilities include:
o Kicking off and following through the entire site build and overseeing timelines from kickoff to ad-hoc
status meetings up until and beyond launch
o Post launch support for the live product via QA’ing with engineering when changes are requested into
our tech support team or by editorial staff
o Asset map guru: instructing offshore developers on how to properly build out all eBook and
assessment chapters and assets and working with them through the entirety of the QA process until
finalized content is ready for launch
o Working with product and editorial team to properly refine the content based on author feedback,
demo feedback, and market research needs within a given timeframe
o Weekly status reporting, sent out to our product and editorial groups, detailing all current and future
progress amongst each individual connect site
o Keeping track of media budgets and ensuring we release the best product possible given any media
spending limitations
o Working with internal media operations team to setup and properly maintain the Connect consumer
facing site with all the functionality and features requested by our product team and making sure the
