•Change Management and Program Management Lead, as well as original visionary, of Tax SymphonySM, the most ambitious and successful program in the 85-year history of Grant Thornton’s tax practice, with similar efforts to be replicated throughout the Firm
oLead the change management program including development and delivery of learning program, formal rewards program and communication plan focusing on sponsors, change agents, and targets, including the client base
oPromote sponsorship of tax partners via inclusion of program in Partner Balanced Scorecard as a quality metric; effecting partners profit and bonus results
oDeveloped encourage tax partners to recognize and reward their people through a formalized Rewards Plan, as well as the alignment of job descriptions in Performance Manager which drives year end career and financial impacts
oReceipt of special recognition by National Managing Partner of Tax Services for contribution to the tax practice at annual partner/manager conference
oAuthor a weekly blog to provide the Firm with up to date information on Tax Symphony, as well as show the more personal side of those leading the program
