Work includes responding to request for information and construction support for equipment installation and startup.

Project Engineer, responsible for engineering and construction support for modernization of 1 Busch Place, North America Head Quarters of AB-Inbev.

October 1996 to July 3, 2009 with Anheuser-Busch Industries, St. Louis, Missouri.

Project engineer with BOT-Engineering, St. Louis field office for implementation of various brewing, packaging and utility projects. Work includes conceptual studies, basic engineering and scoping, review detail engineering drawings and scope at IFA and IFC levels. Generate specifications, get quotes and place orders for major and long delivery equipments. Generate construction bid documents, bid to qualified construction contractors, on bid receipt prepare comparative statement, conduct pre-bid and post bid meetings and award the work to successful contractor. Arrange for construction utilities, staging areas for equipment, materials and contractor mobilization. Conduct weekly construction meetings with contractors with emphasis on safety, quality, manpower, schedule, milestones, logistics, billing and site rules. Coordinate with construction contractors, procurement, operations, engineering teams and equipment suppliers to ensure milestone dates are met. Respond and maintain logs for all RFI and action items.
