- Contract review/analysis/support for alliances vendor/partner negotiations partnership evaluation and implementation. First partnership completed with a digital storage provider for rollout scheduled in September 2007; first sale completed. Began marketing initiative to develop network for media industry among high end production and post-production companies, movie and television studios, and other ancillary companies associated with digital media production. VERIZON BUSINESS

TECHNICAL CONSULTANT - Sales Support Organization (March 2006 to March 2007)

- Responsible for sales support to the Long Island sales branch, specific to all video and conferencing services as well as CPE and data applications. Closed 5 deals worth over $ 1.75 Million in contract value for conferencing services. Salary 80% base, 20% Commission (at risk). Branch attained revenue of 98% of quota.

SENIOR SPECIALIST - Multimedia Applications (2001 to 2006)

- Responsible for Conferencing Product Platform, negotiated costs with partner BTConferencing Inc., set pricing, developed business and marketing plan, created tariffs, wrote customer contract, support sales organization. Led service rollout from inception in 2003 to over a $7 Million/annual business in 2006 in new revenue. Assisted sales in the closing and signing of over 75 new customers in 2005 and 2006. 2006 revenue projected to be over $ 11 Million, with location life revenue for these contracts at $25 Million. RFP and project management support efforts with integration partners that have accounted for over $18 Million in new revenue with CPE. Margins exceeded 10%, which is higher, and then industry averages. Vendor work specific to video integration, video desktop delivery, telepresence technology and HD platforms.

MARKET MANAGER - Remote Learning Solutions (2000-2001)

- Responsible for application solution working with Educational Video Conferencing (EVCI) to deliver desktop two-way education package to specific educational market sectors.

PRODUCT MANAGER - ISDN PRI Service (1999)

- Responsible for revenue attainment for this service in the Bell Atlantic General Business Service sector. Exceeded objective by 5.5% with a revenue of over $ 45 Million. Margins exceeded 32%. Acknowledged with 'The Ambassador Award' for negotiated deals with ISPs exceeding $ 5.3 Million in yearly revenue.

PRODUCT MANAGER - VIDEO TRANSPORT SERVICES (1990-1999)

- Created family of video transport services to address a number of market sectors for high-end video services, including education, medical, surveillance, and government. Built a new revenue stream and managed and maintained an $825 Million in location life revenue for video contracts by creating video packaging plans. New York City OTB network still operational and has generated over $100 Million for VERIZON over 10 years beginning in 1996. Sustained average revenue growth of 30% year over year from 1992 to 1999. Maintained average margin for contracts at 22% from 1992 to 1999. Responsible for 4P marketing life cycle, including vendor negotiations, pricing/costing, tariffs, regulatory issues, customer contracts, marketing programs (including all marketing collateral, promotional videos, seminars and special events), sales support, operations, implementation, budgeting, project management of some specific account implementations, billing, and forecasting leading multiple cross-functional teams to meet objectives. Founded and directed, as first President, the Video Services Information Forum (VSIF), which is now VidTrans, the International group specific to high-end video standards.

- Supported Enterprise sales organization by providing subject matter expertise for data products and CPE. Project Managed special event, 1986 OPERATION SAIL, the New York City Tall Ships Celebration. Telecom director on loan to the organization OP SAIL (known as Operation Sail 1986) managed installation of all telecom circuits at all venues including the tall ships. Project Managed 1111-1113 Westchester Avenue NYNEX Corporation move project to create executive location in Westchester County responsible for wiring infrastructure for phones, data circuits and associated CPE.
