EXPERIENCE/ACCOMPLISHMENTS:

Over 30 years in a production/manufacturing environment. As part of my Six Sigma training, I was a member of a Kaizen Blitz team, resulting in over $346,000 dollars in direct saving, $8 million dollars in revenue opportunities and over 3000 square feet of reduction in wasted space.

Prepared budgets and monitored departments to prevent overhead costs.

Strong negotiating skills, which improved suppliers and internal/external customer service including relationships.

Effectively supervised and coordinated the day-to-day operations including production planning, purchasing, scheduling, estimating; organizing and production control.
