Career Objectives:

My objective is to constantly improve profits within a company with positive and intelligent characteristics which mainly impacts the company's employee's attitude and performance. Additionally,making a great place to work and a well maintained operation for employees. Within managing a company, core values and company goals have to be delivered continuously.I think any growing operation should always ensure; excellent hospitality, structure,teamwork,promoting,motivation,feedback,organization, advertising,controlling profits and following all company guideline is my main focus in managing a company.Furthermore, training and coaching with great motivational techniques is very essential towards any company growth. Staying focus are the key spectum in any business. All these tasks has to be maintained with good time tasking skills.

Qualifications:

I have a optimistic and challenging personality with strong leadership skills. My primary goal is to help a company to achieve higher profits and save on expenditures within the company. I ensure projects are done in a timely manner. The management team have to mainly focus on to ensure the company runs smoothly daily. A schedule should cosider special events or holidays, peak hours, aces in their places, employees availability, staffing and completing within two weeks or one week in advance. When I place an order, I consider all expenditures and including organization with storage. Hiring employees are chosen selectively for what the company mainly interest is set upon, by checking with previously jobs, and giving two interviews instead of one. Training is an ongoing proccess. Cross training and supporting employees during peak hours and being a positive teamplayer is essential. Cross training also save the company with running labor. Furthermore, cross training saves the company money by allowing preferbably to promote an experienced employee within comparabably to an unexperienced employee. In the past and in the future I helped promoted numerous employees in my career. I also obtain skills in taking inventory, organization, and very good coaching skills. The company I usually work in are high volumes and the KPI's are ran consistantly.

Hobbies and Characteristics:

I enjoy exercising and helping people. I have been a family caregiver most of my life and I enjoy it. I desire to work in an environment I can help the place to be a great and enjoyable place to work. I am honest, patient, charming and sweet. I can easily show these characteristics in person.

I worked as a Manager and obtained all management duties. I had to stop working due to a family illness. I have been a 24 hour caregiver and directive advocate for eight months. Now that the family member is much better and well, I desire to go back to work. Even though my salary history is in high ranges, I prefer to go back to work on a negotiable pay rate. My main interest is returning to work in a positive environment.

March 2006 - 2007, I was diagnosed with Cancer and had surgery and had to recover.
