JOB RESPONSIBILITY
PRODUCTION PLANNING & CONTROL
Production planning & Scheduling, Packing material/ Process aid planning for the production & process which includes continuous and batch process.
Involving and aiding of complete Process from Raw Material Procuring, Processing, Filling and packaging of finished goods and dispatch.
Setup production targets & achieve the planned production targets. Analysis of Product / Raw/ Intermediate Material. Utilize man power, material and machinery efficiently.
Devise cost saving measures and modifications to achieve substantial reduction in terms of production cost and energy consumption.
Process optimization & Preparation of monthly & weekly manufacturing quality reports, Generating MIS for Management Overview and initiating action for to increase overall productivity.
Optimization & Standardization of ingredients in the final product. Troubleshooting of Process, Utilities in lieu with the Maintenance Department.
QUALITY ASSURANCE & SAFTY
Actively aiding and Co-operating in lieu with Q.A / Q.C dept in maintaining Quality of the finished goods and also in accords with Govt Norms.
Environmental Inspections includes (Aspect –Impact analysis, Cross functional Audits EMS etc) and ETP operations.

EQUIPMENTS EXPERIENCE
Vacuum Steam Distillation Unit, fat splitting distillation units. Thermic fluid heaters by using furnace oil as fuel.
Vacuum Production Units has 2 stage Ejector Vacuum systems & 4 stage Booster & Ejector vacuum system using motive steam and by vacuum pump.
Reactors like batch hydrogenation convertors, batch & continuous neutralizers and batch soap treatment reactors.
Vapor compression refrigeration systems by using Freon & Ammonia as refrigerants.
Vapor Absorption refrigeration system by using water as refrigerant and Lithium bromide as absorbent.
Mechanical separation equipments like Bowl centrifuge, Chamber filters for Palm oil fractionation, Pressure leaf filters, Plate & frame filter press, bag filters.
