Revit Architecture 2009-2011, Bentley’s Microstation, 3DS Max, 3D VIZ 2009, and other related software, Microsoft Office Suites, as well as imports/exports from one relevant program to another.

Responsible for start-to-finish architectural/ interior/ engineering/ landscape designs, drafting and documents for construction; expedited process entitlements, government agencies requirements, building and safety permits; and coordinated construction drawings with consultants, contractors and vendors, prepared quantity take-off calculations. Visited sites to verify building facility dimensions, and to identify and resolve discrepancies in construction drawings. Corresponded with clients/consultants and maintained all design/drafting/planning files. Designed full range of projects with project manager (see above).
