Responsible for regulatory compliance, SOX IT audits and IT Risk Management for the Loews Corporation, one of the largest diversified financial corporations in the United States. Responsible for managing the IT Audit and Regulatory Compliance support groups. Coordinated the IT Audit cycle for Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, including the development, testing, remediation and maintenance of relevant IT and business controls within the CobiT 4.0 framework, and PCAOB Audit Standard # 2.
