Talent Management & Recruiting

Talent Acquisition and Management

Legal and Immigration
• Considered a Subject Matter Expert with respect to Immigration and Permanent Residency laws and worked directly with the company lawyers to process all H1-B and Permanent residency applications for the company.

Interacted closely with the company immigration attorney during the course of these activities and achieved a 99% success rate in the H1-B and Permanent Residency application process.
• Performed proactive recruiting to build up the candidate pipeline using job boards like ‘Computerjobs’ , ‘Monster’, ‘Dice’ etc. and used the in-house Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to track clients and present reports to management for review.

• Interacted directly with the senior VPs of business units to determine hiring requirements and assisted the HR Manager in sourcing of the same. Candidates recruited range from entry- level to mid-level candidates for various functions within the bank like Sales, Finance, Human Resources and IT.
• Owned and managed the Employee Referral program for the Bombay office of ABN AMRO. Increased hiring through this program to 18 % and reduced recruitment costs by 15% by eliminating commissions paid to agents.
