Responsible for installation MHE/TRANS/HE/ROAD&GROUNDS Operations in Ground support of LOGCAP IV task order 04 in Afghanistan. Camp leatherneck, MHE Foreman will have responsibility for 6-80 MHE/TRUCK DRIVERS/EQUIPMENT operators operating Cranes Container Handlers and Fork Lifts. Different type of Trucks 40’ft and 20’ft, tankers. Construction equipments at transportation given support with military in needed mission request. Maintaining roads/grounds and parking lots.

Principal Responsibilities:

Supervise the coordination of all assets, safe loading and unloading of cargo, determine work schedules, collect and track operational metrics, and execute the safety and quality plans.

Performs many of the following responsibilities:

• Determine work schedules and assign MHE missions.

• Manage a fleet of Trucks and Forklifts, Container Handlers and Cranes, Equipments schedule necessary maintenance to ensure operational readiness.

• Ensure safety policies are effectively executed.

• Perform annual training as required for efficiency and compliance.

• As available, develop or train personnel on all aspects of MHE operations.

• Oversees the support needed for audits conducted pertinent to project controls.

• Perform Special Projects as needed.

• Other duties as assigned.
