Received a promotion to Manager in February 2004. I have overseen the economic and efficient operation of our facility. Manages employees; Work performance evaluations are done every 6 months to ensure that employees are working to increase productivity. Guidance is given to staff members to increase efficiencies and daily operations. Ensures employees receive and attend required training for job responsibilities. Other responsibilities include developing an accurate Capital Requirements budget for our expenditures, payroll, customer service and marketing. I have successfully developed and maintained a budget which has lead to the purchasing of newer equipment and services therefore, increasing our sales. Through constant evaluation of programs and services, I am able to offer our customer the newest in products and services. While overseeing the inventory on a quarterly basis, I am able to analyze those products for which have a direct impact on sales and order new products that are cost effective for our facility as well as the customer. Responsible for day to day financial activities and compiled data into an excel spreadsheet. Responsibilities also included advertising, payroll, and customer service. I maintained the financial and personal records for 4 facilities. I have improved the record keeping process by implementing an excel program that tracks monthly, weekly and daily financial activities. I have also constructed a file plan for all facilities which is still being implemented today. Produced a successful marketing campaign which in turn increased our sales and revenue from customer participation in our programs.
