OBJECTIVE
I'm seeking employment in any company that I can use my prior work experience and knowledge. I would like to join a company and excel in any position offered to me.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Sales - I have been doing in store sales since 2003. I find it very easy to communicate with others and learn information about products I sell.
• Customer Service – Since 2003 one of the main aspects of my job was customer service. Problem solving to find best result for customer and business
• Collections - I started out in collections in 2003. Part of my prior jobs requirements were constant collections and problem solving.
• Management - Since 2006 I have either been an Assistant Manager or Store Manager. Qualified at giving direction and following up employees to verify they have completed tasks.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Sales have been a major area of training i have received. I have also trained employees on sales, collections, and product knowledge. I have also trained other employees over the past five years, some in which have been promoted to higher positions. I have a lot of computer knowledge and can work very well on a computer.
