Current emphasis involves a commitment to strengthen the program Advisory Committee and to improve the student placement rate to the current level of 85%, in addition to ongoing curriculum revision.

TEXAS STATE TECHNICAL COLLEGE 1996 to 2005

Director / College Connections Program at the Marshall Campus

Developed program specifics and collaborated with high school administrators for dual enrollment program targeting both college and high school students for technical and academic degrees.

Recruited to oversee program providing opportunity for college and high school students to acquire credits in technical training and academics. Established program by communicating extensively with area district superintendents, principals and guidance counselors. Assigned to the CAD/CAM operation of a 1,000 employee machining facility.

Responsible for implementation of CAD/CAM systems.

Trained 6 N/C programmers for 3 to 5 axis machining centers and directed their day-to-day activities.
