MONITORING OF BOILER TEMPERATURE USING NI – Lab VIEW
This project was to monitor the temperature maintained inside the boilers. Monitoring the parameter temperature was done using the temperature sensor LM 335. Program required for the monitoring process was developed on the NI - Lab VIEW platform and the developed VI is interfaced with the process station using DAQ (Data Acquisition) card.
MAIN PROJECT:
ENERGY HARVESTING FROM THE CEMENT PLANT MACHINERIES
This project aims to the production of energy from the noise and vibration of machineries in cement plant. It can be done by using microphones, piezo crystal, signal conditioning unit, battery, and transformer circuits. Noise and vibration of the machineries were captured by mic and crystal and the output is processed and stored in a battery. Stored voltage is boosted and used for further applications
