I have experience in banquet and line cook ,I have worked at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Clark NJ.Some of my responsibility have been set the line up100% and prep beef tenderloin 6-8 oz cuts ,cut and portion salmon ,keeping kitchen clean at all times and making daily menu and also cooking for the hotel cafeteria .
