Skills:

Well versed in concrete basements and rebar placement for all types of foundations and underground storm channels. I have supervised mass grading, paving, underground utilities and detention basins throughout the greater Las Vegas valley and surrounding cities. I have been involved in drilling and boring under major infrastructure in the Las Vegas valley. I have been the lead Superintendent on many projects where high explosives were used and nontraditional building practices have taken place. I am currently Operations Director for a General Contractor that is well established in public works projects throughout Clark County.

Accomplishments:

I completed several custom homes in the Las Vegas valley from 7,000 to 52,000 sq ft, priced from $1,000,000 to $14,000,000 located on very prestigious golf courses. I was the on/offsite Superintendent on several developments ranging from 10 acres to 3,000 acres. I was the superintendent/project manager, and on offsite superintendent for 8 developments in the greater Las Vegas and surrounding areas. I was lead project manager on a 6 story hotel in San Jose Ca. I have recently completed a Clark County public works job that consist of 4 miles of walking trails, fishing nodes, camping shelters, covered shade shelters and equestrian center and restrooms that is valued at $14,000,000 by the public works department and department of wildlife and natural resources.
