Towerline Software is leading software product Development Company for the Communications and Utility Industries. Some of the features of the current version of the product are:

· Document Managing software to manage the thousands of drawings and other documents you may have while mimicking the drafting process in most companies

· Document and records Management software for linking spreadsheets, Autocad files, word documents, maintenance, real estate and other third party databases into one easy to access location (very useful to electric and gas utility companies)

My responsibilities for most of the below mentioned projects included

· Analysis of the current application and the new requirements

· Creating control pages (.ascx pages)

This project allows you to look back in time and view the complete configuration of the entire system. Select any date quickly by use of the menu calendar. Document Security

The enhanced User Manager tool easily assigns and views data access permissions for users and user groups.

Reminder Service System

The service sends emails as reminders to the users whose name have been chosen to receive notifications based on the action which needed to be taken in the iComply system.

Document Version Management System

The project involves enhancing the existing product by offering document versioning capability for the users. The features include creating a data store for storing various technical documents in various formats and version control of the documents. Other features include retrieving documents based on dates/date ranges, retrieving deleted documents & retrieving a type of document.

User Navigation tracking

The project involves creating a capability to track the user activities and allow the users to navigate to desired activity (creating the history of the user navigation).

Enhancement of the application

The project involves enhancement (testing and fixing bugs) per the business requirements of the clients. It involves designing user-friendly web pages/applications, testing the existing application and developing other new features to the application.

Medical Insurance Information System

The package envisages obtaining online medical insurance. Depending on the coverage category desired, the system displays various type of policies available along with cross-comparison of all it’s features, specific advantages, exclusions under the plan, premium etc. Once the plan is selected, the information entered by the user is fed to the backend system for issuing the policy. The package allows the user to either view or edit the policy information and also to make claim under the policy.
