Outside plant Fiber To The Cell Site (FTTCS/ETTCS) construction project manager running multiple sites concurrently (40-50 at a time) to support ATT Mobility thru new construction and up-grades of current service covering the North & South Carolina Region’s out the regional office in Raleigh NC (total of 1740 sites for 2011). Project completed under budget and above schedule by 2 months.
