ENROLLMENT MANAGER
Trains, manages and directs the efforts of a staff of 10+ Enrollment Advisors. The Enrollment Advisors are entrusted to recruit, enroll, and on-board students into the University’s master’s and doctoral programs in Psychology, Human Services, and Counseling which encompasses 60 different degree paths.
Served as on-site HR representative for the remote Tempe HQ during a time of rapid staff changes, serving in both a liaison role as well as representing the University directly in a staff recruiting situation.
Took over a team of brand new employees. In the first quarter, the team reached 100% of the enrollment budget and the team’s student retention was 5% greater than the university average.
Conducts daily individual training sessions with a member of the team while constantly monitoring the progress and performance of the Enrollment Advisors and the students.
Holds weekly team meetings to update advisors on best practices and changes to products and/or the industry.
Responsible for weekly business forecasts and projections for the team, winning a unified buy-in on the goals while providing support needed through the process to deliver beyond expectations across the board.

ENROLLMENT ADVISOR
Entrusted to recruit, evaluate, and enroll students into the University’s bachelors and masters programs.
Exceed goals for enrollments and retention by as much a 160%.
Achieved 7 straight quarters of exceeding the individual goal for enrolling students, attaining from 105% to 170% of quota.
Designed a Pilot Program for increased retention of the undergraduate student population in concert with enrollment management, faculty and academic advising tracking the data from over 1000 students.

HEAD BASKETBALL COACH/FACULTY
Directed the staff and team to the most successful five year span in the 80-plus year school history as the program produced 113 victories.
Proactively managed an operating budget in excess of $200,000, while managing all human capital for the program.
Ranked in the Nation’s Top 25 in three seasons, garnered a Conference Championship (the first in ten years), a Regional Championship and a 5th place Finish in the National Tournament.
Led key staff in the efforts to recruit and develop talented student athletes producing 13 All-Region players, 3 All-Americans, and 3 Academic All-Americans.
Honored as the 2007 Conference Coach of the Year for outstanding team performance and results.
Developed 35 players moving on to four year schools, two coaches becoming Division I Assistant Coaches, one Division II Assistant Coach, one junior college Head Coach, and one high school Head Coach.
Scottsdale Community College, Scottsdale, AZ 1996-2002
HEAD BASKETBALL COACH/ADVISOR (1997-2002)
Promoted to head coach after only one year as assistant coach and marshaled the program to 3 top 25 National Rankings in 5 seasons.
Resurrected a floundering basketball program on a shoestring budget, reaching the post season for 5 straight years after a 15 year drought prior; attained the only three consecutive year run of 20 win seasons in school history.
Left the program as, and remain to this day, the winningest coach in school history with .636 winning percentage.
Coached, mentored and developed 12 All-Region players, 3 All-Americans, and 1 Academic All-American.
Recruited, coached, and developed 42 players advancing to four year programs.
Hired, trained and developed assistant coaches who have since gone on to become successful coaches and educators including one Athletic Director and Dean of Students, one Division II Assistant Coach, one NAIA Head Coach, one Sports Psychologist and University Faculty member and two Golf Professionals.
