Isolate, purify, and identify a specific DNA
Manipulate the genomic structure of a specific mammalian gene
Transform prokaryotes and eukaryotic organisms
Express, isolate, and identify specific proteins.
• Have also cultured Vero cell line in another course work during my academic years.
• Have also done couple of more experiments in other courses which gave me experience of various skill sets like SDS-PAGE, Agarose Gel Electrophoresis, PCR, primer designing, florescence and phase contrast microscopy, restriction digestion, plasmid isolation, bacterial and yeast transformation, and various staining procedures, etc.
