Assemble business leaders, store planning and architects to design specialty high end design centers. Writing construction schedules for GC’s and company hierarchy. Responsible for reviewing all CD’s, selecting contractors to bid projects, award contracts to successful bidders. Purchasing and scheduling deliveries for all FBO items. Coordinating the installation and completion of I.T. Conduct site visits, meetings with GC/subcontractors to ensure safety, on time and on budget delivery of the facilities within +/- 5%. Complete punch lists and turnover the facilities to management in a turnkey fashion. Responsible for all signs for all the lines of business that comprise HD Supply. Utilizing AutoCAD 2007.
