Responsible for the timely completion of the monthly financial package, safeguarding the company’s fixed assets and preparing the balance sheet reconciliations.
• Negotiated the sale of ITSI to 4G Network Technologies, Inc. in a cash plus stock transaction. The total value of the transaction was over $2 million.
