Head Global Production Support (2011-Present)

Hired to transform multiple siloed production support groups (10 groups under staff augmentation) into a unified process & data driven organization. Consolidated the production support to one vendor, defined organization goals, implementation strategy, transformation roadmap, & requisite budget. Initiative reduced cost of drug development by streamlining patient data capture processes from manual to electronic. The solution leveraged J2EE, Informatica, Oracle, PF Inform (3rd party vendor), and WebSphere.
