Head Global Production Support (2011-Present)

Hired to transform multiple siloed production support groups (10 groups under staff augmentation) into a unified process & data driven organization. Consolidated the production support to one vendor, defined organization goals, implementation strategy, transformation roadmap, & requisite budget. Initiative reduced cost of drug development by streamlining patient data capture processes from manual to electronic.
