Professional Statement

A project manager with a qualified electrical background and a proven track record on a diverse range of commercial electrical installation works including valuable experience on major construction sites, industrial and domestic projects. I work to a high level of customer satisfaction and am adept at supporting Construction Managers and co-ordinating subcontractor activities, liaising with local authorities and personal clients. I am competent at delivering a project on time and to budget.

My skills are demonstrated by the following examples where I have been responsible in many areas from conception, design, review and approval of drawings, installation and successful completion, including maximizing resources to improve performance.

Commercial:

Supervised and project managed electrical fit outs for offices, shops, public houses, including telephone systems, IT, network cabling, lighting, power, HVAC, security, general marine and submarines. Contracts have included:

• Canada House Canary Wharf – office and retail

• City of London office fit-outs including Lloyds building, Polygram Records, Schroder Wagg (stockbrokers) PLC,

Industrial:

Factories – design, installation, shutdown; warehouses, agricultural buildings, hotels and hospitals. Installation of machinery, printing presses, CT scanners and radiology suites

Domestic:

All aspects of electrical installation, including high specification work in Kensington and Chelsea in London, Sandbanks in Dorset and Crown Estate properties – liaising between specialist Crown Estate architects and main contractors.
